Return & Refund Policy

At Jackson Jewellery, we take pride in delivering high-quality jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, invoice, and certificates (if applicable)
  • Show no signs of scratches, resizing, alteration, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and security reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Resized rings
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via email at [support@email.com] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

After inspection and approval:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee, OR
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative (valid for 6 months).

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.


6. Exchanges

We encourage exchanges before refunds.

If you would like a different size or design, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos and an unboxing video

If verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us at [support@email.com]
